Health and safety claims on the rise

Unions won £320 million in compensation for workers who were victims of illness and injury last year, according to a new TUC survey. The findings of the TUC's annual Trade Union Trends survey - Focus on services to injury victims - include the following: - workplace stress is becoming a bigger issue.
