A third of pubs and clubs in Norwich city centre checked out by firefighters in a crackdown were found to be lax when it comes to fire safety.
Eighty premises in the Tombland and Prince of Wales Road areas were checked out by Norfolk Fire and Rescue Service and revealed a worrying number were not sticking to health and safety legislation.
