Showers at Stratford Park Leisure Centre have been closed temporarily following the discovery of traces of the bacteria which causes Legionnaires' disease.
A water treatment company took routine samples of water on Wednesday, January 16, of which five out of 12 tested positive for the legionella bacteria.
Parkwood Leisure, which manages the centre, arranged for the water system to be disinfected and the building remained open.
