Musculoskeletal conditions and back problems will be the focus of the European Week for Safety and Health (16-23 October). This type of injury is the main cause of ill health in British industry. The HSC estimate that nearly 650,000 in the UK believe that they suffer from a musculoskeletal problem caused by work.
