The investigation into the Atherstone-on-Stour warehouse fire, which led to the deaths of four firefighters last November, has found that the firefighters were not given sufficient information to assist them in making the appropriate decisions when attending the fire.
As a result of this, the HSE has issued an Improvement Notice to the Fire and Rescue Authority.
