Fathers are not taking the paternity leave they are entitled to, Harriet Harman said yesterday.
The Equality Minister said new dads had as much right to take time off as mums - "but most fathers simply don't know or take advantage of their rights".
She said many men are entitled to up to a fortnight's paid leave - but taking it was still considered taboo.
"Many men find it difficult to ask their employer to work flexibly and we need to challenge this," she said. "... (28 more words)
