A former Barbican house manager refused flexible working stands to receive a six-figure payout after winning her claims for sex discrimination and unfair dismissal.
Nicola Adedeji, 42, brought a claim against the art centre's owner, the City of London Corporation, and will receive a boosted award because an Employment Tribunal ruled her dismissal was also in breach of statutory dismissal procedures.
