GMB Trade Union v Brown [2007]
Ms Brown (Claimant) started work for GMB Trade Union (Defendant) in June 1998. She worked for the regional secretary as a political officer. In 2003 the Regional Secretary left his position which was filled by Mr Brennan who became Ms Brown's line manager.
