Businesses still unaware of carbon footprints

Only 1% of all UK businesses know their carbon footprint, despite the fact that more than a quarter of businesses have already been affected by climate change, according to a new report from the Carbon Trust.

The report, which examines the attitude of UK business leaders towards CO2 emissions, also found that whilst only 1% of all businesses knew their carbon footprint, this number rose dramatically to 46% for FTSE companies.
