The recent Employment Tribunal case of London Underground Ltd -v- Bragg has shed some further light on the employer's responsibility for staff with disabilities. Mr Bragg was a driver for London Underground (LUL) from the mid-1980s through to 1994, when his wife noticed his hearing had deteriorated.
