The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is providing money through the Partnership Fund to help companies to crackdown on bullying at work, build better work/life balance practices and resolve disputes.The government has now paid out a total of £3.9m since the Partnership Fund was launched in 1999. £1.1m is left for the next round, expected later in the year.
