HMRC data loss: details of upcoming investigation published

The Treasury has published the terms of reference for the Poynter Review, which will investigate security processes and procedures for data handling in Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs (HMRC) following the loss of two computer discs containing personal data relating to 25m individuals.
