Acas advising workers on low pay settlements

Acas is running a series of drop-in sessions to help council workers in Warwickshire understand what their equal pay settlement offer means.

Local councils are bringing pay scales up-to-date to address equal pay issues, and have offered settlements to hundreds of employees who might have claims for back pay. The drop-in sessions are designed to help employees understand the equal pay offer and agree a settlement if they wish to.
