The Court of Session has issued its judgment in the long running case of Roderick MacDonald -v- Ministry of Defence. Many of you will have heard of the case but to recap:Mr MacDonald was a Flight Lieutenant in the RAF. He revealed to his employers that he was homosexual and as a result was forced to resign in 1997.
