A coroner has ruled that the death of a Scottish soldier in Iraq was unlawful killing, due to an Army logistics failure.
Selena Lynch, Assistant Deputy Coroner for Oxfordshire ruled that army logistics failures led to the unlawful killing of 19-year-old soldier Gordon Gentle of the Royal Highland Fusiliers (RHF), in a roadside bomb attack in Iraq in June 2004.
