Today (7 November) is National Stress Awareness Day. With employee stress levels on the rise – the Health and Safety Executive estimate that work-related stress costs society around £3.8bn a year and around 12.8 million working days were lost to stress, depression and anxiety in one year alone – stress is an issue that simply cannot be ignored.
