Coventry County Council has admitted health and safety failings that led to the death of an 11-year-old girl who was run over by a reversing bin lorry.
The council will be prosecuted under the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 Section 3(1) and the Management of the Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999 Section 3(1).
Amy Robinson from Coventry died whilst on her way to school after being struck by a reversing county council refuse vehicle on 4 April 2006.
