Major retailer pays out compensation after disabled man ‘left to shout in street’

Jessops, the photographic retailer, has paid compensation to a disabled man who couldn’t get into a Bournemouth shop because of steps at the entrance.

Michael Gorse, 61, a wheelchair user from Wimborne, wanted to buy a new ink cartridge for his printer.
