Jessops, the photographic retailer, has paid compensation to a disabled man who couldn’t get into a Bournemouth shop because of steps at the entrance.
Michael Gorse, 61, a wheelchair user from Wimborne, wanted to buy a new ink cartridge for his printer. But when he arrived at Jessops, in Gervis Place, there were steps leading down to the store and the bell to ask for assistance had been vandalised.
