Equal Opportunities policies are becoming ever more important in today’s increasingly multicultural, multiracial society. The purpose of this policy is to set out the obligations on both the employer and the employee to treat all people with equal dignity and respect within the workplace. The aim is to create a pleasant and harmonious working environment for all.
