Yesterday Workplace Law reported on the European Court's decision in the case brought by Bernadette Cadman against her employer, the Health and Safety Executive. Mrs Cadman was claiming under the equal pay legislation because she was paid less than some male colleagues doing the same work. HSE linked pay partly to performance and partly to length of service. more info»
