Race Relations Act 1976 (Amendment) Regulations 2003

These Regulations, which are made under section 2(2)(a) and (b) of the European Communities Act 1972 and come into force on 19th July 2003, implement (in Great Britain) Council Directive 2000/43 EC of 29th June 2000 ( “the Directive”) and include provision for matters arising out of or relating to such implementation.
