NEBOSH Fire Certificate

The NEBOSH Fire Safety and Risk Management Certificate is widely acclaimed as the leading accredited fire safety qualification in the UK. This course* constitutes the fire safety elements of the qualification (FC1 and FC2) and is ideal for anyone with responsibilities under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.

The NEBOSH Fire Certificate has been designed for managers, supervisors, and employee representatives who need to ensure that their organisation meets its responsibilities under fire safety legislation. It aims to equip holders to carry out fire risk assessments of most workplaces and identify the range of fire preventative and protective measures required.

Delegate materials include a copy of the RMS study book for the NEBOSH Fire and Risk Management Certificate and free premium individual membership of the Workplace Law Network for the duration of the course.

Who the NEBOSH Fire Certificate is for

Managers, supervisors and employee representatives who are responsible for fire risk management within their organisation. The course has been designed for non-specialists in fire safety to enable them to contribute to the conduct and review of fire risk assessments and fire preventive and protective measures within most workplaces.

Duration : Five days plus examination day

* The award of the NEBOSH Fire and Risk Management Certificate requires successful completion of these units (FC1 and FC2) as well as unit NGC1 (not taught on this course). Those who have achieved the National General Certificate or passed Paper A1 within the last 5 years will only have to take and pass FC1 and FC2 to achieve the new qualification. If you have not passed NGC1 you can still take this course but will not receive certification by NEBOSH.
