Assessment centres (ACs) function on the principle that no individual method of selection is particularly good, and no individual assessor infallible; therefore the centre utilises multiple methods in which several assessors assess different candidates. The result: each candidate is assessed by each assessor across several exercises assessing different competencies / criteria.
ACs can be used both for external recruitment campaigns and also when promoting internally. Our AC solutions can be used in both instances, and can be resourced through a mixture of your business contacts and Workplace Law assessors; or entirely through Workplace Law – the choice is yours.

The Workplace Law AC offering provides a number of different assessment methods that can be tailored to the needs of the business.
