So, as a self employed business man employing people, my employees would be entitled to some more of MY money to have time off for an event that was not caused by me or my business. If I then need a day off, should my employees pay for my bereavement leave. The obvious answer there is no as I am self employed, I would have to fund this myself. Once again another poorly thought out plan by government.
