CIPD Modules


Students taking the Certificate in HR Practice, Diploma in HR Practice , or Certificate in Learning and Development Practice have a number of different options to make up their CIPD accredited training. The modules available are as follows:

Human resources

  • Supporting good practice in managing employment relations
  • Resourcing talent
  • Supporting good practice in performance and reward management
  • Contributing to the process of job analysis

Learning and development

  • Delivering learning and development activities
  • Undertaking a learning needs analysis
  • Developing coaching skills for the workplace
