Contributing to the Process of Job Analysis is an e-learning module and can be studied in your own time.

It is a CIPD accredited course which will provide you with an understanding of the principles and processes of job analysis and job design. It will act as an introduction to the knowledge and skills required in the use of a number of methods of conducting job analysis.

Delegates will develop an understanding of how job analysis and design fits within the broader professional area of organisation design.

Topics include:

  • Understanding organisation design.
  • The need for job analysis.
  • Advantages and techniques of job analysis.
  • Administration of job analysis.

At the end of the course delegates will be assessed on their understanding of, and ability to undertake, a job analysis.

Completing this course will give students three credits towards completing their Certificate in HR Practice or their Diploma in HR Practice.
