The 'one hour a day' definition of 'User' is a new one on me. Where did that come from? The legislation may not have changed since 1993 but it didn't say that in 1993 and it still doesn't say it today.

She is banned from wearing this because if she is hit by a vehicle and is not wearing hi-vis clothing she is not covered by insurance and the driver could not be prosecuted.
Great! She may be dead but at least the driver would get it!!
I am sure she will appreciate that!

I cannot understand what possesses people to work long hours like that.
Nobody ever lies on their death bed and wishes they had spent more time at work!!
Come on folks! Wake up to the fact that employers are bringing back slavery. Get a life!!

Thank goodness that, at last, we may have a more common sense approach to Health and Safety in business. One that businesses will buy into rather than finding ways to avoid because it is too onerous!
