Can employee claim tax back if the company made deduction from payment in lieu of notice.
there is no payment in lieu of notice in her contract.
she has signed compromise agreement. (payment in compromise agreement noted as payment in lieu of notice_)

Bullying at work is indeed very serious matter, a lot of the time, there is no proof or witnesses of the bullying, some of the employers do not do anything about the alleged bullying. If there is a campaign of banning bullying at work place, I want to know.
