It is such a pity that appearance seems to count for everything, these kinds of comments just feed peoples insecurities. We cannot all have model figures and wouldn't it be boring if everyone was the same.
We should accept people as they are, not expect them to fit someone's idea of how they should look. Variety is after all the spice of life.
Let's be individual and be happy.
