How often should Fire Wardens/Marshals have external training? Is there a legal requirement for refresher training?

I need to book myself on a CDM training course. I have no experience in CDM, so am looking for a basic beginners course. Can anyone recommend a good training course that they have attended, in a London location? I will be the appointed person at our site, so the course will need to be very detailed. Thanks in advance!

We have one pool car that is used by all staff, which displays the no smoking stickers to comply with legislation. We also have 20 other cars on our fleet, that are allocated to a specific driver, and are not used by others. Do we need to have the no smoking signs in these vehicles also? All cars are owned by the company and not the individuals.
