In order to comply with our ISO 14001 certification, I have to maintain a 'Legal Register' which requires that I ensure any amendments to environmental legislation are added to the register and thereby ensure the register is always up to date and valid. Is there a single website where I can check that the various regulations and acts listed (and there are very many) on this legal register are current? i.e. under the section 'Disposal of effluents to water - Oil interceptors' the guidance quoted includes...
