Having reached the dreaded age limit (65) fit and healthy, I was forced to retire. I am at a loss as to know why the Government thinks that on the day before my retirement date I was capable of doing my job but the next day it was "your too old". My Company didn't agree with this, fortunately. They were able to offer me a 3mths contract to travel around Europe passing on my knowledge, experience and advice to others who are new to the role. There is still life in the "old dog" yet and it does seem a shame to waste my skills. Never mind - some voluntary work will keep me going and hopefully will benefit others. Just not ready to give up yet.

Does this just apply to property bought from now on or does it apply to property already owned?

Could somebody please help/advise on the following?
Forklift drivers: How often must they have or do they need a refresher training course? How often do they have to have a medical examination to prove they are medically fit for the job? Many thanks.
