We have a cricket pitch on our private company grounds and this is open to the local community to use, as well as our customers, evenings and weekends. Could you give me some guidance on:-
1)what, if anything, we must provide in terms of H&S, i.e. first aid cover
2)what, if any, liability do we have towards the visitors
3) what steps should we take to ensure we are compliant with H&S legislation

have put our cleaning contract out for tender and requested TUPE details from my encumbent supplier. They refused saying that they were not legally required to give out this information until the tender process was complete. How can other companies give realistic quotes if they don't have tupe details?

We have an online basic fire awareness training course that all of our employees are required to take. Should our employees in our Dublin office also be reuquired to take it or is the law different for Dublin?
