I would like to send to each of our fire marshals a letter confirming their appointment.
Does anyone have a suitably worded letter that they would share?

I have found that less than 10% of our employees who have eye sight tests are actually prescribed glases for DSE work only.
Have the optician sign your form to say that the glasses are dispensed for DSE use only.

I work in a A1* Listed Building. We are currently in the process of adding two new disabled toilets, we already have three.
My question is - who is responsible for looking after disabled people if they have a problem whilst in the disabled toilet and need assistance?
Should the person providing assistance need to be trained/qualified?
I would be grateful for the reply on our requirements as the landlord within this building with occupied tenants.

We are currently re-assessing our Homeworkers and their workstations.
What are the requirements for the Homeworker who has no space to action our recommendations and probably little inclination either?
