What maternity rights does an expentant mother have when redundancy notice has been served?
The mother in question is diabetic and has just discovered she is pregnant, however redundancy notice, with termination of June 30, served. However, to facilitate a handover to the new service provider, a 3 months extension on existing T&C's has been offered and accepted. this extension has been offered as a 3 month contract.
