I understand employees with less than 12 months service have little or no rights in the workplace - Is this correct?

Can 'constructive dismissal' be claimed by employees with less than a 12 months service?

What rights do employees have regarding alleged harrassment and intimidation in the workplace ? (Length of employee service around 5 months)

IE:

Alleged demeaning management attitude,

Alleged comments regarding job security,

Alleged undermining of competent worker by overloading & constant criticism !

Alleged overbearing supervision alleged unfair treatment

Any advice would be appreciated
