how about if you receive the radio on line from america? cos you dont need a licence in america. is that a loop hole?

thats why i asked if talk radio needed a ppl licence from the prs. because there are no royalties to pay to any artists.

the bosses at work have said that we no longer are allowed to listen to the radio because we need a licence from prs. some thing to do with copy right for the song writers. does anyone know if you can listen to radio 5, been as there isnt any music on there.
