I wonder whether this woman wore a clown costume to the interview for this job. My guess would be that she did not.
The other matter I am pondering is the nature of her work. Surely 'clown shoes' present an H&S issue wherever she may be working (she may trip or trip a colleague).
This is taking the micky.

I appreciate that this is distance learning so duration will be determined by the student but what is the intended duration in hours of study?

We are a firm of surveyors so no concerns on that account (boundaries)!
If a spring is fitted (large 5 bar gate) then some means of keeping the gate open is likely to be employed (concrete block?) and situation will prevail.
I assume that, if the other party is exceeding his riight to 'pass and repass' that we need to nip this in the bud?
Is he contravening the Covenant that gives him access rights? Is he allowed to park his gate across private property? Is opening a gate outwards a breach of the covenant?

We own the area in front of our premises over which the owners of the two premises either side of ours have a right to pass in order to access their respective premises.
One of the two has erected a gate across the threshhold of their parking area to improve security. However, the gate opens outwards onto our land/parking/turning area. We are aware that the local authority requires that gates onto the highway must open inwards onto the property. What are our rights as owners of the land onto which the gate is opening? If the gate is left open (as it is occasionally) it causes a nuisance.

Who is responsible for provision of these facilities? The employer or the Landlord/owner of the office/business premises.
Our office building has a single toilet and we employ 11 people. However, there is no room to construct an additional toilet.
