Is anyone else having trouble getting to the HSE report?
I am getting the page not found message constantly.
Is there another link or a web address??
It seems that the report has been moved or taken off the HSE website. We are looking into this - Ed.

I also cannot get the report through the link provided - getting the page not found message. I have accessed the HSE area where the reports are and can't find it. Can workplacelaw give the HSE number of the report which would help enormously?

We have been informed by the HSE that the report was submitted to their site in error, in advance of the embargo date of 28 September. It is available electronically but not through their website until that date. Please email info@workplacelaw.net to request a pdf version of the report if you are interested.

I got in early (thanks to Members' E-Bulletin, 8 August) and got a copy. Shows you've got to act quick, eh?
Re Kevin's request: full HSE regs. I suggest first he downloads HSE's Summer Catalogue (CAT34/02/2) from http://www.hse.gov.uk/sources/content/summer02.pdf (quick before they move it!). Second, all UK legislation since 1988 is available online from HMSO at http://www.hmso.gov.uk/legis.htm. Only problem is there's a lot of it and you have to filter out the H&S stuff. Anyone have a better idea?
Final suggestion (to Workplacelaw): Users' comments is a great idea but how about adding a date/time stamp to comments. I assume they're currently listed most recent at the top, but ...

Richard - Suggestion about date/time noted. This is something we will be adding very shortly. Thanks for your comments.
