There could be some changes on the way if the interpretation of disability were to widened to include an employee with a disabled child in terms of their needs for adapting work to accommodate caring for a child as their childs 'facilitator'.
This may also have a profound affect on single parents either in work or on benefits with a disabled child as benefits agencies expect the parent to remain on JSA and available for work !
