Depressing thought is that not so may people are lucky enough to find alternative, temporary or permanat, employment after leaving one job especially where potentially some action is likely to follow due to causation involving either party.
The very words 'chain of causation' on the tin implies evidence in the form of a detailed record leading up to any event and beyond will be required by either party when those who are charged with untangling the knoted ball of string left behind when things go wrong enter the equation.
So depressing thought as it may be to anticipate problems keep notes, a record, a diary, anything that will provide a running commentry eventsover time who knows, if not needed for other purposes, may be published one day ..............
