James - The question/comment was removed because it is in breach of the site's code of behaviour. This is not a site for questions from employees. It is designed for managers and employers, to help them deal with issues in employment law, health and safety and premises management. It may appear that comments are sometimes removed arbitrarily, and it is difficult to moderate (our policy is not to moderate at all unless we have to).
Terms of use are quite clear: "Please don't abuse the forums by asking questions about personal issues or by overtly promoting commercial goods and services. "

Good move David. I'm not sure how explicit you need to make it... however these people are presumably typing something into Google to reach this site.
