I am responsible for providing risk assessments for our Housing Association. We receive weekly requests for compliance with the RRO 2005 Fire Safety. Part of our Action Plan for evacuating a building includes residential Buildings with elderly and frail tenants. The fire and rescue service in our are are unsure if it better to leave tenants in the safety of their flats rather than have the upheval of a fire dril. Also we are required to ensure that we are providing weekly tests on the fire alarm panel, we are unable to comply with this due to the lack of funding and personel. Has anybody else suffered simlar problems? Help
