This may have been covered before but as I'm new to the site please excuse this.
My Q's is if a company takes a contracted for a extended length of time then subsequently employs said contractor were doe's that contractor stand in the case of redundancy payout on number of years service.
They have been continually employed by the same company, but through a agency during there contacting period.

Interesting, although the T & C's of most contractors will specifically exclude the right to any benefits, including redundancy......I am not a lawyer though, only a mere fellow contractor!
