This morning I collected the mail bag from our reception area after it was left there by the Postman.
This bag was full to the top with books and other mail and would most certainly have exceeded the 12kg limit that Royal Mail says that customers must stick to when leving post for collection.
As the Royal Mail appear to have broken their own rules in respect of bag weight does that mean their customers can claim from them?
