Despite the pressure of work each and every employee is entitled to be treated failrly and with dignity. There is no achievement ontained by management who resort to bullying and intimidation as a way of penalising individual employees. It has been proven that if mutual respect is acknowledged on both side the they can work together for the benefit of all.
