Surely though if bullying at work (A very serious offence) is carried out through email, then seeing as there is concrete, printable proof of who said what and when they sent it the problem should be easily remedied by disciplinary procedures.
After all once you've sent a bullying email that distresses someone it's been received in black and white, logged in the network and you have no legal leg to stand on?
