My workplace?s HR department has put me in a very awkward position. I was given electronic access to every body?s wage, illness, and address etc details. I do not feel this Organisation are aware what ?data protection means?. Not so long ago, I had personal information left lying around on the organisation?s premises available for all eyes to view. This in fact left me very distressed as the information contained difficulties I was experiencing with my line manager. I have suffered as a result of these careless actions and wish to take a course of action to make sure no one is put in my position. Does anybody have any advice for me?
