Without the benefit of knowing what is included within the new Euro standards, one has to ask the question "will this be another standard which is poorer than the current British Standard" as is sometimes the case. It will also be interesting to see just how many of the countries which sign up to this, actually enforce it. Will this be yet another instance of Britain 'obeying' Europe, only for other European countries to stand back and say manyana.
