Hi, I'm currently looking at TOIL guidelines for staff - we do alot of trade shows, and currently allow TOIL for weekends, but not the long days that come with doing trade shows. I know it might be a matter of opinion, but does this come with the job, or should we offer TOIL above a certain amount of hours a day?

Seems as though this would be down to your wishes and/or custom and practice.
If you don't offer anything in return however, do be prepared for staff "working to rule" (i.e. walking away from the trade show once their 7.5 hours are up.
Can you do something to incentivize them to do the trade shows, maybe a meal out afterwards? Or some kind of commission from sales perhaps?
As to what the law says - over to someone else.
